高校学生欠费问题是近几年来困扰高校发展的一个难题,本文针对目前高校收费管理中存在的学生欠费比较严重的状况,分析了高校学生欠费的原因,提出了解决欠费问题的一些对策措施,即加强教育,增强缴费的自觉性;加大学费催缴力度;建立有效管理机制。

In recent years, failing to pay tuition fee has become a serious problem which blocks the development of universities. Aiming at the condition of students owing school expenses in fee-collecting management, this article analyzes the causes and presents some countermeasures, including strengthening education, enhanceing consciousness of tuition fee payment, increasing fee-collecting management power and establishing efficient management machanism.
