Discussion on Garden Plants Planning and Design from Emergency and Disaster Prevention

从城市防灾避难角度分析园林植物在防灾、减灾和救灾方面的功能及作用机制,并探讨园林植物的规划设计对策。提出了平灾结合、因灾制宜、综合防灾的规划设计原则,对防火、避震、防风和防治病菌扩散的园林植物选择和配置方法进行了论述。

This paper analyzed the disaster prevention,reduction,relief function and mechanism of garden plants from emergency and disaster prevention,discussed the planning and design ways of them,proposed the design principles including the combination of the ordinary and emergency,suitable measure for local disaster conditions,comprehensive prevention,and system discussed the selection and configuration method of garden plants for preventing fire and wind,escaping earthquake and controlling the spread of germs.
