交直交变频技术在轨梁轧机辅传动的应用

摘要 包钢轨梁辅传动交直交变频传动采用带整流/回馈单元的公用直流母线技术,全线采用多相整流,有效的减少电网谐波,控制系统采用V/f比控制和矢量控制,传动系统与上位机之间采用Profibus-DP通讯。 The technology of the common DC bus with the rectifiers/regenerativers is adopted on A. D. A. frequency converter in secondary driving of Universal Mill Production Line in Baogang Rail and Beam Plant. The polyphase rectifiers are applied to the whole line to reduce power harmonics effectively. The V/ f ratio control and vector control are used on the control system. Profibus - DP communications are adopted between the secondary driving and the host computer.
