摘要 为解决付村煤矿沿断层不规则综放面煤炭资源损失大的问题,通过对3上401工作面布置方式、开采工艺等方面的技术创新,采用沿断层无煤柱不规则工作面布置方式、边回采边增减支架和中部槽的采煤工艺、巷道放煤及端头放煤等技术,实现了沿断层不规则综放工作面无煤柱的安全生产,提高了煤炭资源的采出率,多回收煤炭约14万t,直接经济效益达1.1亿元。 In order to solve the coal resources seriously lost problem of the irregular fully mechanized top coal caving mining face along with fault, with the layout of the 3A401 coal mining face, the mining technique and other technical innovations, the irregular coal mining layout, the coal mining technique with the support and conveyor pans increasing or decreasing, coal caving in the mining gateway and coal caving at the face ends, the irregular fully mechanized top coal caving mining face along with the fault had a safety production with no coal pillars and the coal recovery rate was improved with over recovery coal resources of 140 thansand tons and a direct economic benefit of RMB 110 million Yuan.
