摘要
为了弥补传统瓦斯爆炸防治手段的不足,很有必要推广煤矿主动抑爆技术,该技术基于HS抑爆系统的超高速特性,能够在毫秒级的短时间内以特定的阻燃介质形成抑爆屏障,阻断瓦斯爆炸传播链,避免瓦斯爆炸事故或阻断事故的进一步扩大,实现了真正意义上的抑爆;探讨了在现有煤矿瓦斯治理和安全措施的基础上,推广此项技术的3个必要性,瓦斯爆炸防治技术具有突破性,瓦斯综合治理体系趋于全面性,瓦斯爆炸事故侵害程度上施以限制性;另外还提出了"补缺措施,增强手段,合理使用"的推广使用原则。
In order to make up the shortages of the conventional gas explosion prevention and control, it is necessary to promote the appli- cation of the mine active explosion restrained technology. Basing on the super high speed features of the HS explosion restrained system, the technology could form an explosion restraining curtain with the special fire resistance medium to isolate the gas explosion spreading chain in a ms short time and to avoid the gas explosion accident or stop the accident further expanded in order to have a real meaning of the explosion restrained. Based on the available mine gas control and mine safety measures, the promotion of the technology should have three necessities, the gas explosion prevention and control technology should have the breakthrough, the gas comprehensive control system should be completed and the gas explosion accident dangers should be restrained. The paper provided the promotion and application prin- ciple of the making up measures, enhanced means and rational application.
