摘要
研究了带式输送机正常停机过程的动力学设计方法,通过对带式输送机正常停机机理及控制方法的分析,建立了正常停机的动力学模型,并给出了模型的边界条件。通过实例仿真,分析了在正常停机过程中带式输送机关键部件的动力学参数的变化,为带式输送机的停机过程控制提供理论指导。
The paper had a study on the dynamics design method of the normal stop process for the belt conveyor. With the analysis on the normal stop mechanism and control method of the belt conveyor, a normal stop dynamics model was established. The boundary conditions of the model were provided. With the case simulation, the paper analyed the variation of the dynamics parameters for the key parts of the belt conveyor during the normal stop process which could be the theoretical guidance for the normal stopping process control of the belt conveyor.
