煤炭开采对生态环境的影响及治理对策

Coal Mining Affected to Ecological Environment and Control Measures

从水土资源、地面建筑物以及地质灾害的角度分析了煤炭开采对生态环境的影响,提出了煤炭开采的粗放增长方式、环保资金投入不足及环境补偿机制的缺乏、监管体系和生态环境标准不完善等因素是造成此现状的主要原因。基于此,提出了相应的治理策略,包括大力调整煤矿经济结构,积极推行清洁生产方式,促进洁净煤产业化,努力发展环保产业,加强环保行业管理,从而有效减少煤炭开采对生态环境的影响。

From the water and soil resources, surface buildings and geological disasters, the paper analyzed the coal mining affected to ecological environment and the present causes occurred, such as the uncontrolled increased mode of the coal mining, shortage in the envi- ronment fund input, the shortage of the environment compensation system, improper supervision system and ecological environment standards and other factors. The paper proved the related control strategy, including the mine economic structure adjustment, active pro- motion of the clean production mode, the promotion of the clean coal industrialization, the development of the environment industry, en- hanced management of the environment protection industry in order to effectively and actively reduce the coal mining affected to ecological environment.
