摘要
建国初期,在利益观的视阈下,体校在国家的需求和特定群体满足中产生与发展,并且起到过举足轻重的作用,社会转型期又在利益分化中滋生困境——利益分化挑战体校和谐、破坏体校内外的公平、并断裂了体校社会关系,使体校生源链条脱节、体校培养体制破裂、造成了供需平衡关系的失调。建议建立公平公正的利益分配机制、利益保护机制和利益表达机制,体校就会以多方利益为核心呈动态的发展。
