南京体育学院社会体育专业就业现状及对策

The Employment Actuality and Countermeasure of Social Sports Major in Nanjing Sports Institute

采用文献资料和调查访谈等研究方法,对南京体育学院已毕业的社会体育专业学生就业现状进行调查、研究与分析。结果表明:我院社会体育专业学生的就业表现出就业区域相对集中性、就业部门体现分散性和就业岗位市场导向性等特点,并从社会、学校、家庭等角度剖析其成因,据此提出相应的对策,为社会体育专业的毕业生在择业、就业时提供理性的参考依据。

By literature review and investigation,this article takes an analyses the employment situation of the social sports. The social sport employment characteristic：region relative concentricity、department manifests the dispersivity and the market guidance of working position. And analyses reason from the community,schools,families,and other aspects,puts forward some countermeasures for it,and provides a rational basis for reference of the graduates in employment.
