摘要
通过对南京体育学院职业技术学院和江苏海事职业技术学院学生的管理现状进行调查。提出:1、进一步加强对职业技术学院学生的思想教育,激发他们的创新意识;进一步端正学生的学习态度,加强他们创业能力的培养;2、加强对职业技术学院学生的就业指导,为学生就业提供优质服务。
Based on the investigation of the management of the status quo, analysis in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education Vocational and Technical College and Jiangsu Marine vocational and technical college students, we put forward： firstly, we should further strengthen vocational and technical college students on the idea of education, stimulate their sense of innovation; further straighten out the learning attitude of students to enhance their entrepreneurial abilities; secondly, strengthen vocational and technical college students, career guidance, employment services for students.
