“霍桑效应”对投篮教学训练效果的实验研究

The Research of The Training Effect of "Hawthorne Effect" on The Teaching of Basketball Shooting

在我院运动训练专业篮球专选课上,运用心理学中的"霍桑效应"进行为期5个月的投篮教学训练的对比实验研究。结果表明:实验组和对照组的投篮命中率都有所增长,但实验组的增幅显著高于对照组,说明运用"霍桑效应"在投篮教学训练中有非常显著的作用。

In the basketball class of the sports training department,using ＂Hawthorne effect＂ in the psychology,we made comparative experiments of shooting training in 5 months. The results showed that：the rate of hit the target of experimental group and comparative group increased,but the increase in the experimental group were significantly higher,indicating the use of ＂Hawthorne effect＂ in teaching and training in the shooting play a very significant role.
