带线锚钉固定治疗腓骨近端移位性骨折的临床评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨切开复位带线锚钉内固定术治疗腓骨近端移位性骨折的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2005年5月至2008年4月收治的腓骨近端移位性骨折患者21例,其中男性12例,女性9例,平均年龄39岁,均采用切开复位带线锚钉内固定术治疗。结果21例患者术后随访12~24个月,平均15个月,X线显示18例获得骨性愈合,手术疗效按Lysholm膝关节评分标准为优9例,良7例,尚可5例,优良率89%。结论带线锚钉在治疗腓骨近端骨折中可以同时达到复位固定和修复韧带的目的,且具有创伤小,固定可靠,操作简便,不需二次手术取出内固定的优点。 Objective To investigate the surgical techniques and the clinical outcomes in the treating of the fracture of the proximal fibula by using suture anchors. Method Between July 2005 and April 2008, 21 patients with the fracture of the proxim? al fibula were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with ligament repair by using suture anchors. There were 12 males and 9 females with an average age of 39 years. Results 21 patients were followed up 12-24 months (mean 15 months). The X-ray films showed that 18 patients achieved bony healing. According to the Lysholm' s scoring system, the results were excellent in 9 cases, good in 7cases, fair in 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 89%. Conclusion It is emphasized that full attention should be given to reconstruction of medial ligament structures as well as open reduction and internal fixation in the treating of the fracture of the proximal fibula. The suture anchor is more easily, less injury than traditional internal fixation, and without need remove.
