激光联合IL-2局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察

Clinical evaluation of laser combining IL 2 intralesional injection treating condyloma acuminatum.

目的：评估激光联合ＩＬ２局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法：应用强激光、大范围激光气化以及创面基底部ＩＬ２注射联合治疗尖锐湿疣３６例。结果：激光创面４～１５天愈合，３６例均获治愈，随访０．５～２年无复发。结论：此方法不仅能外科性根治尖锐湿疣，且ＩＬ２能增强局部及全身抗ＨＰＶ及抗感染能力，预防尖锐湿疣的复发，同时ＩＬ２还能促进激光创面愈合，瘢痕小，无副作用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of laser combinging IL 2 intralesional injection treating condylocma acuminatum.Method:36 cases of condyloma acuminatum were treated by strong laser vaporization in larger range and local IL 2 injection under laser wound.Result:Wound cured in 4～15 days and no recurrent case by followed up in 0.5～2 years.Conclusion:The method not only treated radically,but also improved patient's immunofunction for anti-HPV and anti-inflammation,prevented condyloma acuminatum recurrence.
