摘要
目的研究以自产Deet(N,N-二乙基间甲基甲酰胺)为有效成分配制的驱蚊花露水对本地区常见吸血蚊虫的驱避作用。方法将自产和进口Deet分别配成2%、5%和10%的花露水剂型,分别喷涂于实验动物的腹部皮肤及志愿者裸手,连续观察各浓度驱蚊花露水在6h内对蚊虫的驱避效果。结果自产Det配制的2%驱蚊花露水保护时间为2h。5%和10%的驱蚊花露水在6h内的有效保护率为100%。结论自产和进口Deet对蚊虫的驱避作用无显著性差异。5%的驱蚊花露水为有效驱蚊的最佳选择。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a novel mosquito-repellent-perfume of mainly compoed of Deet(N,N-diethl-meta-toluamide)synthetized by ourselves against mosquitoes.Methods The mosquito-repellent-perfume treated with Deet with the synthetized by ourselves and the import in 2%,5% and 10% concentrations,was sprayed on the skin of mice and voluneers,and the repellent effect against mosquitoes was observed continually within 6 hours.Results The protection time of mosquito-repellent-perfume treated with our Deet 2% concentration was only 2h.The mean effective protection rates of mosquito-repellent-perfume contained 5% and 10% Deet synthetized by ourselves were 100% within 6h.Conclusions The novel mosquito-repellent-perfume mixed with Deet at 5% concentration is practicable for individual protection against mosquitoes.There is no significant difference between our synthetized Deet and the imported one.
