罗布麻叶挥发性成分分析及其动态变化研究

Study on the Dynamic Change of Essential Components in Folium Apocyni Veneti

目的:探讨罗布麻叶挥发性成分的动态积累,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用HS-GC-MS法分析不同采收时间罗布麻叶的挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量,以其中的主要活性成分指标,考察它们的动态变化。结果:初步分离出39种成分,鉴定出38种成分,其中共有成分21种,不同生长期罗布麻叶中挥发性成分积累具有一定规律。结论:罗布麻叶挥发性成分积累曲线最大峰值与传统采收期基本一致。

Objective： To determine the dynamic change of essential components in Folium Apocyni Veneti,and provide scientfic basis for determining the best collecting time.Methods： The essential components of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different harvesting time were analyzed by HSGC-MS.The relative content of the components were determined with peak area normalization method,and the dynamic changes of 7 main boiactive components were determined.Results：39 constituetnts were separated and 38 compounds were identified.There were 21 co-containing compounds in Folium Apocyni Veneti from different harvesting time,the accumulation of which showed a regular pattern.Conclusion： The main essential components in Folium Apocyni Veneti are the highest in the traditional harvesting time.
