Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Portulaca oleracea

目的：对马齿苋的化学成分进行研究。方法：运用柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据其理化性质及其光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从马齿苋的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为环（苯丙氨酸-异亮氨酸）（1）、环（酪氨酸-丙氨酸）（2）、腺嘌呤（3）、木栓酮（4）和二十四烷酸（5）。结论：化合物15为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Portulaca oleracea.Methods： The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physicochemical and spectral data.Results： Five compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of this plant and their structures were elucidated as cyclo（Phe-Ile）（1）,cyclo（Tyr-Ala）（2）,adenine（3）,friedelin（4）and isoselachoceric acid（5）.Conclusion： Compounds 1～5 are isolated from Portulaca oleracea for the first time.
