摘要
剖宫产率的过快增加已经成为了一个全球性的问题,不仅是一个医疗问题,而且是一个社会问题、伦理问题。与剖宫产率增高相关的因素是多方面的,本文重点探讨医源性因素对剖宫产率增高的影响,分析从医院及医生方面控制剖宫产率增高的措施。
The excessive increase in the rate of cesarean section has become a global problem, this is not only a medical problem, but also a social problem, ethical questions. There are many factors concerning with the high rate of cesarean section. This article focus on iatrogenic factors on the impact of increased cesarean section rate, looking for measures from the hospitals and doctors to control the increasing cesarean section rate.
