基于终身教育的高职教育改革探析

A Discussion of Life-long Education Oriented Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Education

以终身教育为视角,对我国高职教育的现状进行剖析,并以高职教育的定位为基准,对办学模式、教学模式、专业建设、课程建设、师资建设、教学管理、考评制度和服务功能等方面提出相应的改革思路;将高职教育从终结教育转变为终身教育,建立层次规范、结构衔接、体系开放的终身教育高职新体系,更有效地培养学生终身学习的能力,以保障经济、社会和人的可持续发展。

After analyzing the present situation of higher vocational education in China from the perspective of life-long education, this paper puts forward some ideas about making reforms in school running model, specialty building, curriculum construction, teaching body building, teaching administration, testing and assessment system and service functions on the basis of orientation of higher vocational education. Higher vocational education should be changed from terminal education into life-long education, and a new system of life-long vocational education should be established which is standardized in level, connected in structure and open in system in order to train students＇ life-long learning ability in a more effective way and safeguard the sustainable development of economy, society and the people.
