在民族地区音乐学院教育实践中如何建立以就业为导向、具有就业特色的音乐人才培养模式和教学体系,是当前民族地区音乐学院面临的重点问题。民族地区音乐学院应当着重以提高学生的职业能力和后续发展能力为目的,以市场为导向,主要从专业设置、课程体系改革、职业能力培养、职业指导、教育质量评价等方面入手建立人才培养模式。

At present, how to establish an employment-oriented talents training model and a teaching system of music with employment characteristics in education is a focal issue for conservatories of music in ethnic regions. These schools should set up a market-oriented talents training model including aspects of specialty provision, reform of curriculum system, cultivation of professional ability, professional guidance and assessment of educational quality by attaching importance to improving professional competence and ability of sustainable development of students.
