基于CAN总线的兆瓦级直驱风电机组控制系统

摘要 针对兆瓦级直驱风力发电系统在控制系统中需要变流器并联的情况,设计了一种基于CAN总线的兆瓦级直驱式风力发电系统,实现了控制系统中并联变流器的实时通信和同步控制。同时给出了一种基于TJA1040的CAN总线接口设计流程,详细说明了机侧和网侧变流器的通信协议及软件实现方法。在直流机模拟风机的实验平台中得到验证和应用。 In allusion to the instance of demanding inverters parallel in the control system for MW-level direct-driven wind energy stand-alone generator, one kind of MW-level direct-driven wind energy power system based on CAN is designed, which realizes the real-time communication and synchronization control among the parallel inverters control system. A design process of CAN interface based on TJA1040 is presented. The communication protocol of generator and grid inverters and software design are presented in detail. The system is applied and verified in the emulating wind turbine by DC motor experiment platform.
