摘要
阐述了舵机传动机构静动摩擦力矩测控系统的设计方法,给出了系统的层次结构、测控流程和关键模块的设计思路。系统上位机软件采用.NET平台构建,系统硬件基于工控机和ACR1505运动控制卡实现,准确反映了传动机构的指定位移处的静动摩擦力矩特性。系统具有较好的测量精度和较高的自动化控制水平,现已投入某研究所使用。
The design method of measurement and control system of static-dynamic friction torque of helm drive mechanism is illustrated. The hiberarchy and procedure of system, and the design method of its main modules are provided. PC software is made up on . NET platform. Its hardware is composed based on IPC and ACR1505 motion control card, which accurately reflects the characteristics of static-dynamic friction torque of drive mechanism on specified displacement. The system with good accuracy and a higher level of automation and control has been put into use at a research institute.
