Function of BMP7 in the genesis and development of colorectal cancer

摘要 骨形态发生蛋白（bone morphogenetic proteins，BMPs）家族属于转化生长因子β（TGF—β）超家族，在机体内具有多种作用。近年来发现，BMPs家族（特别是BMP7因子）在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。本文就BMP7因子的基本特征，作用机制和在肿瘤发生发展中所起的作用作一简要综述。 The family of bone morphogenetic proteins （BMPs） belongs to the superfamily of transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β）. It has various functions in the body. In recent years the BMPs family（ especially the BMP7 ） has been discovered to play an important role on the genesis and development of cancer. In this article the characteristic, the mechanism and the function of BMP7 in the genesis and development of cancer are summarized.
