摘要
微小型设备由于所需的润滑油量较小,超出了一般流量测试仪器的下限,以至于采用普通的流量测试仪器难以对其润滑油量进行较为精确的自动测试,因此对于设备润滑性能的分析很难达到应有的精度。微小循环润滑油量测试系统是专门针对这类设备的润滑性能分析而研制的。它的流量测试范围可以达到0-1 L/m in,使得测量下限在微小流量时仍具有较高的测量精度。此外,其另一个特点是在流量测试过程中可消除润滑油流动过程的脉动影响,使测试结果更加准确。
The lubrication oil flowrate required by micro machineries is lower than the low limitation of common flowmeters so that it is difficult to be accurately measured. Then the analysis of the equipment lubrication performance is not accurate. The test system of micro lubricating oil flow was specially developed for the lubrication performance analysis of micro machineries. The measuring range of this system is 0 - 1 L/min so as to accurately measure the micro flowrate. In addition, by means of this system, the influence of the lubricating oil flowing fluctuation can be removed in the flowrate measurement processes. Therefore the test results will be more accurate.
