摘要 建立了一种基于声卡和LabVIEW的等强度悬臂梁固有频率测试系统。介绍了测试系统组成和所需硬件,利用LabVIEW软件编写了基于声卡的数据采集和固有频率测量程序,构成了等强度悬臂梁固有频率测试虚拟仪器。对多组实验数据进行分析,并与有限元分析和理论公式计算作比较。结果表明,实验可靠,测量精度高。该系统有效利用计算机资源,操作简单、灵活方便,具有良好的交互性能,开放性好,可根据需求进行功能扩展,满足实验教学的要求。 This paper proposed a test system of equal strength cantilever beam' s natural frequency based on the sound card and LabVIEW. It introduced the test system composition and the hardware, completed the data acquisition software based on sound card and the natural frequency measurement program by using the LabVIEW, and constituted the equal strength cantilever beam natural frequency test virtual instrument. Carries on the analysis was carried out to many group of empirical data, and compared with the finite element analysis and the theoretical formula computation. The results indicate the experiment is reliable, the measuring accuracy is high. This system has simpe operation, friendly contact surface, also can carry on the design according to user' s demand to realize multi-function, and satisfy the request of the experimental teaching.
