摘要
研究了一种多类型带传动综合性实验台,它可用于多种类型带传动的实验和教学。介绍了多类型带传动综合性实验台的总体设计方案和功能,其机械系统采用了简易装拆的锥套带轮结构、步进电机施加张紧力的装置、磁粉制动器施加负载转矩、高精度的传感器测量转矩和转速;测控系统的电路集成在一张电路板上,并利用数据采集卡、定时计数卡、单片机与计算机进行数据传输;使用LabVIEW编写的软件可以完成张紧力调控、有效拉力计算、滑差率及传动效率的测试及其图表的生成。
A multi-type belt transmission comprehensive experimental table was proposed and its design scheme and function were introduced. For the design of mechanical system of this experimental table, improvements of the traditional belt experimental devices by adopting a simple cone set structure which is convenient to assemble and disassemble, imposing tension by step motor, imposing load torque by magnetic brake, and measuring torque and rotate speed by use of high precision sensors are included. Moreover, the circuit of the computer measurement and control system of the experimental table is integrated on one circuit wafer, it is capable of communicating with computer by using data collection card, time count card and SCM . The system compiled by LabVIEW can be used to regulate tension force, calculate effective pull, test sliding rate and transmission efficiency, and finally create the graphs of testing results.
