摘要
为使本科生更好地掌握分子生物学的基本技术,全面提高本科生的综合素质,根据实际情况和学生培养目标,从教学内容、教学方法、考核体系、教材等多方面内容对实验教学进行了改革和实践,培养了本科生的创新意识、动手能力及科研能力。
For helping students to grasp the theoretical knowledge and operational skill of molecular biology and to elevate comprehensive quality, this article made reform and practice in multi-respect such as teaching contents, teaching modes, teaching material and examination system according to practical condition and teaching goal. Good results were got in cultivating students＇ creative ability, scientific thinking and exploration ability in the molecular biology experimental course.
