高校应成为安全文化建设的引领者

University should be the Flagship of Safety Culture Construction

在全社会的安全文化建设中,高校以其特殊的作用处于引领者的位置。高校要充分发挥引领者的作用,就要使本身的安全文化体系建设走在全社会的前列,发挥示范作用。尤其要重视学生的安全文化教育与培训,为社会输送具有安全文化素质的建设者和管理者。还要利用高校优势,开展安全研究,造福于社会。

Universities stay at a leading position among the safety culture construction in the whole society. To behave well as a conductor, universities shall set up a well organized system with clear targets, strong administration structure and its team, and strict safety regulations. To provide eligible constructors and administrators for our nation, universities shall pay an especial attention to students safety training. Furthermore, it＇s also the universities＇ duty to do safety investigation.
