异地校区实验室管理体制的探索与实践

Exploration of the System of Laboratory-Management in Campuses of Different Regions

张家港校区是江苏科技大学与张家港市合作创办的新校区,校区办学以"学院异地办专业"模式为主,分析了此办学模式下实验室管理体制的困惑,提出了"学院异地主导、教师两地兼顾、校区属地保障"的管理新体制,对高校探索异地办学具有一定的借鉴和启发。

Zhangjiagang campus is a new campus jointly established by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Zhangjiagang city. It is run mainly in the pattern of ＂the same field of study in different campuses＂. This paper aims to analyze the difficulties lying in the laboratory-system of this pattern, and proposes a new pattern, in which ＂Departments are managed respectively with teachers working at both campuses and new campus also has the corresponding support system＂. The paper provides some insights and inspiration to the running of campuses in different regions.
