The technical parameters of bid document relate directly to whether the qualified instrument and equipment can be purchased at a reasonable price. During the most crucial process, road show is carried out in the principle of ＂open, fair and just＂ to set up the fair and reasonable competitive environment and eventually improve the quality of tendering and bidding.
