RP-HPLC同时测定复方碘苯甲酸涂剂(Ⅰ)中两种酸的含量

摘要 目的建立一种测定复方碘苯甲酸涂剂中苯甲酸和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用反相C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(50∶50)(磷酸调节pH至4.0)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长240nm。结果水杨酸线性范围0.8~45.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为99.3%,99.7%,99.9%;苯甲酸线性范围1.5~90.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9993),高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为100.2%,99.7%,99.6%。结论该法分离度好,快速,简便,重现性好,可用于复方碘苯甲酸涂剂(Ⅰ)的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of two acids inCompound iodine and benzoic acid embrocation ( Ⅰ ). METHODS C18 column was adopted as stationary phase, solvent mixiure composed of methanol-0.05mol· L^- 1 KH2PO4 (50:50) (the pH was adjusted to 4.0 with phosphoric acid) using as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 240nm. RESULTS Salicylic Acid had a good linearity (r = 0. 9997)in the range of 0.8- 45.2μg·mL^- 1. The relative recoveries were 99.3 %, 99.7 %, 99.9 % ; Benzoic Acid had a goodlinearity (r = 0. 9993) in the range of 1.5 - 90.2μg· mL^- 1 . The relative recoveries were 100.2 %, 99.7 %, 99.6 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and maybe used for the quality control.
