摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方银杏通脉胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法采用依利特C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相;检测波长为270nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果丹参酮ⅡA在69.04~780.80ng范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=5.02210X-1.39888,(r=1)。丹参酮ⅡA的平均回收率为96.22%,RSD%为3.068%(n=5)。结论方法简便,准确,可靠,适用于复方银杏通脉胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the content of tanshenone ⅡA in CO Yinxing Tongmai capsule by HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic conditions were:C18 column(250mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);methanol-water(80∶20) as mobile phase;detection wavelength was 270nm; flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1.RESULTS The linear range of tanshenone ⅡA was 69.04~780.80ng,the regression equation Y=5.02210X-1.39888(r=1),the average recovery was 96.22% with RSD% of 3.068%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method is simple,reliable,and suitable for the quality control of CO Yinxing Tongmai capsule.
