摘要
目的建立一种简便的一室模型静脉推注给药方案设计方法。方法采用EXCEL和VISUAL BASIC软件编写与给药方案相关的各种数值的计算程序。结果输入基本参数Ke、Vd以及给药时间间隔ts,最低有效浓度(MEC)最小中毒浓度(MTC)后,EXCEL即显示最大给药剂量(dmax)和最低有效剂量(dmin);输入选定的维持剂量d、给药周期数n后,电子表格显示第n周期第s次给药后的瞬时血药浓度、达坪分数、稳态血药浓度以及负荷剂量。结论设计方法简单、使用方便即能为临床用药提供安全有效的剂量又能对某一用药方案作出评价。
OBJECTIVE To establish a convenient method of dosage regimen design of dosing intravenous administration of one-compartment model. METHODS Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic were used to edit a program. RESULTS The maximum dose minimum dose of the adminstration were obtained after inputting parameters(Ke and Vd, ect), dosing interval(ts), MEC and MTC were obtained. After inputting maintenance dose and cycle number(n), the electroic table displayed plasma concentration and time after the administration, fractional number of reaching plateau and loading dose. CONCLUSION This design method can provide a safe and effective dosage for administration and can evaiuate a dosage regimen.
