3种头孢菌素类抗生素治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis of three therapeutic schemes for lower respiratory tract infection

目的评价3种头孢菌素类抗生素治疗下呼吸道感染的成本与效果。方法将169例下呼吸道感染患者随机分成A、B、C3组,A组给予头孢呋辛钠1.5g静脉滴注,每日3次;B组给予头孢曲松钠2.0g,静脉滴注,每日1次;C组给予头孢哌酮钠2.0g静脉滴注,每日2次;疗程均为7d,观察3组的临床疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果A、B、C3组的有效率分别为81.81%、82.76%、85.71%,差别无显著性(P>0.05);3组的成本分别为760.20元、701.40元、1128.40元;成本-效果比分别为9.36,8.48,13.17。结论头孢曲松钠是治疗下呼吸道感染的较佳方案。

OBJECTIVE To compare the cost-effectiveness of three antibacterial drugs in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.METHODS 169 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were divided into 3 groups （A, B and C）. A group were given 1.5g cefuroxime sodium for injection tid, B group were given 2.0g Ceftriaxone sodium for injection qd, C group were give 2.0g Cefoperazone sodium for injection bid, by intravenous drip for 7 days. RESULTS The effective rate in three groups was no significantly difference （P 〉0.05）, but the costs were 760.20 yuan, 701.40yuan and 1128.40 yuan, respectively. The cost-effectiveness were 9.36,8.48 and 13.17. CONCLUSION Ceftriaxone sodium for injection was the best choice for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infecion.
