摘要
SMA驱动器在航空航天上具有良好的应用前景。目前SMA驱动器的控制器多采用外部传感反馈方式,体积大,应用受限制。提出搭建基于SMA丝内部电阻反馈的嵌入式控制电路;利用传统PI对驱动器进行控制。实验结果表明,恒流源电桥法测SMA丝电阻可以得到足够的测量精度,采用PI的控制规律内部电阻反馈的方式可以实现高精度的控制。
SMA actuator has well developmental prospect on aeronautics and astronautics. Exterior sensor is widely used for control system of SMA actuator. This paper introduces a embedded control circuit based on SMA resistance feedback, which uses PI controller for the SMA actuator. The result of experiment shows that constant current bridge can be used to get enough precision in SMA resistance measuring and that PI controller with resistance feedback can be used to achieve the high exact control.
