摘要
针对ZMG-B4纸浆模塑整形机系统功能的要求,提出了采用自动化装备的必要性。从整机设计、气动系统、电气系统和PLC控制等方面阐述了基于PLC的设计,较好地解决了生产效率低和操作工人劳动强度过大的问题,提高了设备自动化程度。
According to the requirements of ZMG-B4 pulp molding plastic machine system, this paper puts forward the necessity of the use of automation equipment, describes the PLC-based design in machine, pneumatic and electrical systems and PLC control, and solves the problems of inefficient production and large labor intensity in the operation of workers so that the degree of automation equipment is raised.
