高效液相色谱法测定清热解毒冲剂中黄芩甙的含量

Determination of Baicalin Content in Qingre Jiedu Granules by HPLC

样品经甲醇提取后用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱条件：色谱柱：Ｃ１８（４．６ｍｍ×２５０ｍｍ），流动相：甲醇－水－磷酸（４７∶５３∶０．２）。线性范围０．１２μｇ～１．２μｇ，平均回收率９９．２％，ＲＳＤ＝２．０％。

Baicalin in the sample was extracted with methanol, and determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column:C18(46mm×250mm); mobile phase: MeoHH2OH3PO4(47∶53∶02). The linear range was 012～12μg, and the average recovery of baicalin from the samples was 992%, RSD=20%.
