摘要
采用抽样问卷调查的方法,对我校1 000名高职护生学习现状进行了调查研究,分析了高职护生学习中存在的主要问题。通过制订和使用学分制教学计划,开展心理咨询和就业指导课程,改革教学模式,修订实验实习大纲等措施,解决了学生的知识需求、心理需求、就业需求,收到了良好效果。
Using a random sampling of 1000 students, this study analyzes the current situation among vocational college nursing students. The development of counseling, career guidance, and teaching curriculum have met the educational, psychological, and employment needs of the students. Overall, students are satisfied with the education they have received.
