精神分裂症前驱症状的调查

An investigation on the prodromata of schizophrenia.

目的了解精神分裂症的前驱症状。方法用症状自评量表查询符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第二版修订本精神分裂症诊断标准的６０例病人和看护者有关发病前的情况。结果１强迫、人际敏感、忧郁、焦虑和睡眠障碍等症状为最常见的前驱症状；２前驱症状一般出现于发病前的６个月之内；３前驱症状的类型与性别、性格、文化程度、分型和疗效有关。

Objective To study the prodromata of schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases and guardians met the criteria for diagnosis of schizophrenia in Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders, 2nd revised edition (CCMD-Ⅱ-R) were consulted by the evaluation of self-rating questionarire (SCL-90) the conditions before the onset. Results 1. Obession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and sleep disturbance were the most frequent prodromata; 2. The prodromata usually appeared in last 6 months before the onset; 3. The types of prodromata were related to the sex, character, education, subtype and efficacy. Conclusions The prodromata of schizophrenia must be emphasized.
