新型稀土Te-Cu合金的抗氧化性能 被引量:1

Oxidation resistance of new rare-earth tellurium copper alloy

摘要 将纯铜、Te-Cu合金、新型稀土Te-Cu合金放入马弗炉中加热氧化,通过绘制氧化动力学曲线、氧化皮金相组织观察、断面金相观察、X-ray分析,研究新型合金的抗氧化性能.结果表明,合金的氧化动力学曲线大致遵循抛物线规律;新型合金在600、800℃时具有比纯铜和Te-Cu合金更好的抗氧化性能;新型合金氧化膜的黏附性能优于Te-Cu合金;氧化膜中出现了除Cu2O、CuO外的新相;新型合金抗氧化性能的提高是元素Te和Ce共同作用的结果. Pure copper, tellurium copper and new type rare-earth tellurium copper alloy were heated in the muffle furnace and by drawing oxidation kinetic curves, observing oxidized surface microstructure, cross section metallography, and X-ray analysis, the oxidization resistance of the new type alloy was investigated. Results showed that the oxidation kinetics curves of alloy generally followed the parabolic taw; oxidation resistance of the new alloy was better than that of pure copper and Cu-Te alloys at 600, 800 ℃ ; adhesive capacity of new alloy was better than that of Cu-Te alloys; new phase which was neither Cu2O nor CuO occured on the oxide film. The improvement on oxidation resistance of alloy was resulted from addition of cerium and Tellurium.
