H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)掺杂氧化制备聚吡啶及其表征

摘要 采用杂多酸H3PMo12O40为氧化剂和掺杂剂,化学氧化法制备掺杂态聚吡啶.用红外光谱、扫描电镜等手段表征产物的结构和微观形貌,并研究掺杂态聚吡啶的循环伏安特性和热稳定性.结果表明,制备的掺杂态聚吡啶形貌为0.1~0.6μm的不规则颗粒,能表现出杂多酸和掺杂态聚吡啶的电化学行为,并具有一定的热稳定性,聚吡啶在511℃以上分解失重. Polypyridine was prepared by means of chemical oxidation with H3PMo12O40 as oxidant and dopant. The structure and microscopic morphology of the product polypyridine were characterized with FT-IR and SEM, and its electrochemical performance was studied, also. The result showed that the prepared doped polypyridine was irregular granule with 0. 1-0. 6 μm granularity. The electrochemical performance of H3PMo12O40 and polypyridine could be manifested. The product possessed definite thermosta- bility. Polypyridine was decompounded at temperature above 511 ℃.
