摘要 围绕产品协同设计过程中协同任务的定耦与解耦问题,将整个项目划分为粗粒度规划和细粒度规划两大阶段.根据图论中的路径搜索法构建强连通图,并将其向矩阵映射,建立强连通矩阵,从而确定出耦合任务集,完成粗粒度规划;考虑任务间灵敏性和可变性对其相互影响的程度,提出用改进的结构灵敏度分析法对耦合任务集解耦,确定出任务组内各任务的执行顺序.以车身产品设计过程的案例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性. Focused on coupling and decoupling problems in collaborative task, the whole project was divided into two phases of coarse granular and fine-grained planning. Strong connected graph was built by using the path searching method of graph theory and mapped to the strong connected matrix, thereby the coupling task group was identified and the coarse granular process planning was finished. Considering the interaction of sensitivity and variability between tasks, an improved structure sensitivity analysis method was proposed. This method was used to decouple the coupling task group and the task execution sequence was identified. Thus, the design process was optimized and rearranged. A case of bodywork product design was presented to verify the validity and practicability of the proposed methods.
