SBR反应器中好氧颗粒污泥培养及其除污性能

摘要 以普通絮状活性污泥为种泥,采用人工配水,在SBR反应器成功培养出好氧颗粒污泥.反应器运行7d后已有部分污泥颗粒化,20d后颗粒污泥大部分已经形成并处于稳定状态.研究表明,稳定后的好氧颗粒污泥平均直径5~6mm,沉降速度29-72m/h.COD的平均去除率为92.5%,NH3-N的平均去除率可达75.5%,TP的平均去除率为95%,表明该好氧颗粒污泥具有很好的除污能力. Taking the fibrous activated sludge as seeding sludge, aerobic granular sludge was successfully cultivated in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) fed with synthetic wastewater. After the SBR running for 7 days, part of the sludge was granulated and after it running for 20 days, most of the granular sludge formed in a stable state. It was demonstrated by the investigation that the stabled aerobic granular sludge had an average diameter of 5-6 mm and a sedimentation rate of 29-72 m/h. The average removal rate of the COD was 92. 5%, that of the NH3-N amounted to 75. 5% ,and that of the TP was 95M, showing that the aerobic granular sludge had a good decontamination capability.
