摘要
目的:探讨淋巴毒素-αAla252Gly多态性以及血清中淋巴毒素-α(LTA)水平在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)发病中的作用。方法:PCR-RFLP方法进行DNA多态性的检测,以分析LTA基因型以及基因频率分布。ELISA测定血清LTA水平。结果:ACS组中A/A基因型17例(16.04%),A/G基因型80例(75.47%),G/G基因型9例(8.49%);健康对照组A/A基因型38例(47.5%),A/G基因型34例(42.5%),G/G基因型8例(10.00%);ACS组LTA水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:ACS组的LTA基因型与正常对照组的差异有显著性(χ2=23.46,P<0.01);LTA基因型与冠状动脉病变严重程度之间差异无显著性(χ2=3.64,P>0.05);ACS组的LTA血清浓度与正常对照组的差异有显著性(t=11.55,P<0.01)。
Objective: To study the effects of lymphotoxin-αAla252Gly polymorphism and soluble lymphotoxin-α' s level in blood serum in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients. Methods: The distribution of allele frequency and genotype frequency of LTA of all the samples were detected by using PCR- RFLP. The levels of LTA in serum were tested by using ELISA. Results: The quantity of subjects of A/A genotype, A/G genotype and G/G genotype of LTA in ACS group were 17 (16.04%),80 (75.47%) and 9 (8.49%) respectively versus 38(47.5%),34(42.5%) and 8(10.00%) in control group. The level of LTA in ACS group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Difference of the genotype of LTA between the ACS group and the control group is significant statistically (Х^2=23.46,P〈0.01);there is no significantly differences between the genotype of LTA and the serious of coronary artery(Х^2=3.64, P〉0.05 ); difference of LTA' s concentration in serum between ACS group and control group is significant statistically (t=11.55 ,P〈0.01 ).
