摘要
目的:探讨体感诱发电位(SEP)术中监测在脊柱外科的临床应用价值。方法:应用SEP对25例脊柱外科手术进行术中监护(IOM),记录手术前后及重要手术步骤前、中、后的诱发电位变化并分析原因。结果:排除麻醉因素,7例术中波形出现明显改变;其余18例术前、术中监护、术后波形无明显改变。结论:SEP具有简便、灵敏和及时监护的特点,术中监护可有效提高脊柱外科手术的安全性,并可客观评价疗效。
Objective： To discuss the significance of the clinical application of somatosensory evoked potentials （SEP）monitor in the spinal surgery. Methods： Recorded and analysed the changes of preoperative, intraoperative （before, during and after critical procedure）and postoperative evoked potentials of 25 patients by using the SEP. Results： After eliminating the anesthetic factors, 7 subjects had waveform changes during operation; 18 subjects had no significant changes on waveform before, during and after operation. Conclusion： As a simple and instant monitor method, SEP monitor is able to enhance the security of spinal surgery and conduce to evaluating the operation effectiveness objectively.
