摘要
目的:评价多层CT(MSCT)横轴位图像评价左心室整体功能的可行性。方法:同期行心脏MSCT检查和心脏电影MRⅠ检查的受检者26例,以电影MRⅠ结果作为参照标准,以MSCT横轴位图像和短轴位重组图像评价左心室整体功能的结果,统计学分析采用配对t检验。结果:MSCT横轴位图像评价的舒张末期容积(EDV)和收缩末期容积(ESV)比短轴位重组图像大(P=0.000,P=0.000),但搏出量(SV)和射血分数(EF)结果相似(P=0.127,P=0.053)。结论:MSCT横轴位图像评价左心室整体功能是可行的,且可以节省后处理时间。
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of left ventricle global function from muhislice computed tomography (MSCT) axial images in comparison with short-axis reformation images. Methods: This study included 26 patients accepting both cardiac MSCT and cardiac cine MRI. We evaluated MSCT axial image results and short-axis reformation image results using cine MRI as the reference standard. The results were compared with pairing t test. Results: End-diastolic volume (EDV)and end-systolic volume (ESV) were significantly overestimated by axial images in comparison with short-axis reformation image (P=0.000 and P=0.000, respectively), while stroke volume (SV)and ejection fraction (EF)were not significandy different(P=0.127 and P=0.053, respectively). Conclusion: Evaluation of left ventricle global function from MSCT axial images is feasible and time efficient.
