高糖对THP-1人单核细胞表达iNOS和IL-1β的影响 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病是由多种病因引起的以慢陛高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱。已有的研究结果表明,糖尿病高血糖可以影响单核细胞趋化、粘附作用,促进细胞凋亡。本文在体外培养人单核细胞株(THP-1)的基础上,以高浓度葡萄糖刺激,通过检测细胞表达诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和IL-1β的情况,探讨高糖状态下免疫细胞功能的变化。
