摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶自燃烧法制备CoFe1.8Y0.2O4铁氧体纳米粉末,并对样品进行机械球磨处理.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的晶体结构、晶粒尺寸和磁性进行了分析,研究球磨时间对样品的微观结构和磁性的影响.结果表明,随着球磨时间的增加,晶粒细化,矫顽力从1 990Oe减小到589 Oe,比饱和磁化强度从27.89 emu/g减少到19.5 emu/g.
The CoFe1.8Y0.2O4 ferrite powder was synthesized by the sol-gel serf-combustion method and mechanical ball-milling. The structure, grain size, morphology and magnetic properties of powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The effect of different ball-milling time for crystal structure and magnetic properties were studied. The results indicated that with the increase of ball-milling time, the grain size and coercivity gradual decreased, in particular decreased from the 1990 Oe to 589 Oe for the coereivity. We also found the saturation magnetization of the particle decreased from the 27.9 emu/g to 19.5emu/g.
