摘要
概述了多倍体发生的原理、药用植物多倍体的优越性、人工诱导多倍体产生的技术途径、秋水仙素诱导多倍体产生的技术原理与特点、鉴定方法及嵌合体的分离纯化技术,并提出了药用植物多倍体育种过程中亟需解决的问题.
Principles of polyploidy innovation, superiority characteristics of medicinal plants polyploidy, technical methods of artificial induction of polyploidy, polyploidy inducement by colchicine, identification, chimera separation and purification technology were overviewed in the study. In addition, problems needing urgent solutions were proposed.
