镁缺乏对充血性心力衰竭的影响

The Influence of Magnesium Deficiency on Congestive Heart failure

目的：研究镁缺乏对充血性心力衰竭的影响。方法：回顾性分析了２７７例充血性心力衰竭患者（ＣＨＦ），其中１３７例加用硫酸镁治疗（Ｉ组），１４０例未加用硫酸镁治疗（Ⅱ组）。结果：Ｉ组总有效率９２．７％，显效率６４．２％，均显著高于Ⅱ组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。疗效出现时间显著短于Ⅱ组（Ｐ〈０．０１），并且死亡率显著低于Ⅱ组（Ｐ〈０．０１）低钾、室性心律失常、洋地黄中毒等并发症也显著低于Ⅱ组（Ｐ〈０．０１。

Objective:To study the influence of magnesum deficiency for congestive heart failure(CHF).Method:277 cases of CHF were retrospectively analyzed,among them,137 cases were treated with combining magnesium sulfate(group Ⅰ),and 140 cases were treated without combining magnesiun sulfate (group Ⅱ).Results: Both of the total effect rate (92.7%) and the ahowing effect rate(64.2%) of group Ⅰ were markedly higher than that of group Ⅱ (P<0.01).The occurrence time of curative effect of group Ⅰ was markedly shorter than thatof group Ⅱ (P<0.01),moreover, the death rate and the complication of hypokalemia,ventricular arrhythmia,and digitalism were also markedly lower than group Ⅱ (P<0.01)Conclusion:In the threatment of CHF,the influcnce of magnesium deficiency should be emphasized In timly combining with magnesium phamaceutics treatment is expeoted to play an important role for improving the survival rateof patients with CHF,reducing the incidence rate of ventricular arythmia and sudden death and decressing death rate.
