摘要
目的：比较脑电图、诱发电位、脑彩超及ＣＴ在诊断脑血管病中的作用。方法：将１００例病人分成ＴＩＡ组，腔隙梗塞组、脑梗塞组及脑出血组，分别进行脑电图、诱发电位、脑彩超及ＣＴ检查。结果：ＣＴ检查ＴＩＡ阳性率最低，仅４％，对脑电图、诱发电位、ＴＣＤ三者检查结果比较，异常率依次为诱发电位〉脑彩超〉脑电，诱发电位检测ＴＩＡ意义最大。结论：电生理检查对脑血管病的检测有相对特异性、敏感性及重要性。
Objictive: Tocontrast effect of EEG,EP,TCD,and CT in diagnosing cerehral vascular disease.Method:One hunderd patients with cerehral vasculardisesse were divided into four groups:group TIAM lacuna infaction,cerebral infarctio,and cerebral hemonhage.EEG,BAEP,SEP,TCD and were studiedcomparatively in these patients.Results:The positive rate of CT was the lowest in group TLA,only made wp 4% The findings of EEG,EP,TCO were comparedwith ecach other,showing that the ahnormality rate was EP>TCD>EEG orderly,EP was of gre at significance in TLA.Conclusion:Electro-physiolgical Examination was of ralative specificity,and importance.It is one of the important measures in early diagnosis of various types of cerebral vascular disease.
